- Request for proposals are invited for Audit of the Rehabilitation of the Sedco Estates. SCOPE OF WORK The audit will cover the period lifetime of the Project M35599 that commenced (FY 2014/15) up to the very last day of the project. The Auditor shall be prepared to and have the capacity to carry out the following main types of assignments: 3.1 To evaluate if the scope of works was in line with the project proposal; 3.2 To check if the proper procurement procedures were undertaken on this project; 3.3 Account for all accrued funds to the rehabilitation of SEDCO estates. 3.4 Ascertain that necessary reporting structure was effectively involved in the decision making stages of the project.
