Description:
Tenders are invited for Construction of a Guard House and Fencing at Lobamba Interested contractors must visit Eswatini Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (EPPRA) website at www.sppra.co.sz to download the tender document and pay the price of Three Hundred Emalangeni only (E300.00) for the tender document at the Government Revenue Offices, Account Number: 532/4201/03101. The payment is non-refundable. Tenderers should note that there shall be a Compulsory Site Meeting where only two representatives are expected to attend and which will be held at the Lobamba Puma Filling Station on the 7 th of December 2021, starting at 1000hrs. The original copy of the Certificate of Attendance at the site inspection meeting will be signed as proof of attendance. The tender shall follow the instructions in the attached Invitation to Tender document and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, which must be marked as follows: ‘The Secretary to Eswatini Government Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane-; ‘THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GUARD HOUSE AND FENCING AT LOBAMBA-. Tender No. 150 of 2021/2022, ‘Do not open before 9.00 AM on Friday, 14 January 2022. The proposal must be delivered at the offices of the Eswatini Government Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane, Eswatini by Friday, 14 January 2022 before 09:00am and deposited in the Treasury Tender Box. Tenders not deposited in the Treasury Tender Box, as well as late, telegraphic, electronic and faxed proposals will not be considered. Tenderers are not allowed to attend the opening procedure due to the covid-19 pandemic. The Ministry of Public Works & Transport will keep tenderers informed.
