Description:
Tenders are invited for Designing & Supply of Prefabricated Houses (crew Rest Facility). Design & Construction of Pre-Fabricated Houses 2 X Four (4) en Suite Bedrooms to Serve as a Rest Facility for Our Staff. These should Come with Complete Fittings Ready for Use, with the Exception of Furniture and Complimentary Fittings. The Complete Fittings to Include but not Limited to the following: - Doors - Electrical Equipment - Distribution Board - Electrical Fixtures - Electric Geyser Isolator, Plugs - Lighting Devices and Fixtures (Day /Night Switch, Light Switch) - Plumbing Fixtures (Inclusive of Complete Plumbing of 150L Geyser; Shower with Complete Plumbing and Partitioning; Wash Hand Basin with Pedestal Inclusive of Hot/Cold Water Options) - Structural Foundations Windows (All Four en Suites to have at Least 900mm X 900mm Clear Glass with Burglar Bars). Additional Windows to Also have Burglar Bars - Air Conditioning for All Ensuits - Toilet with Full Plumbing - Proposal to Come with Illustration Drawing. - Transport to KMIII Airport, Eswatini by Low-Bed Truck to Offload on Site Delivery Address: King Mswati III International Airport, Sikhuphe, Lubombo Region.
