Description:
Tenders are invited for Procurement of Assistive Devices for Persons with Disabilities. Tenders must be accompanied by a receipt for E300.00 (Three Hundred), non-refundable which should be paid at Eswatini Revenue Authority offices, Account No. 062/1101/04199. The documents specified in the Instructions to Tenderers must include the following: General receipt SZL 300.00, copy of current Tax Clearance certificate, The documents specified in the Instructions to Tenderers including the, Trading Licence Form J, Form C, Valid Labour Compliance Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Eswatini National Provident Fund (SNPF) Employer-s Compliance Clearance Certification or equivalent for foreign tenders and Tender Security must be enclosed in the tender envelope and attached to the tender and a Tender Security bond of SZL E30.000.00 must be enclosed in the tender envelope.
