Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Conference Facilities 1. ½ day Conference Room /Hall with natural lighting. Full day Conference Room /Hall with natural lighting. 2. Buffet Lunch served with a soft drink (soda fresh juice, half litre mineral water, or yogurt ) 4. Projector, Flip Charts + stands [& Markers and Writing materials (Pens &Booklets /Notepads) 5. Sound System 6. Air-Conditioned Conference Room With Strong Wired & Wireless Network 7. Two (2) Coffee /Tea break with snacks and 2 Mineral Water Bottles per PAX per day. Conference Facilities Should Include but Not Limited to the Following: - • Air-Conditioned Conference Room with Strong Wireless Network • Pens & Note Pads • Flip charts, Flip Board Papers & Pens (Markers-Black, Blue & Red) • 4 X ½ Litre Drinking Water (2 at 8am-Morning & 2 at 2pm-Afternoon) • Mints and Chocolates (8am-Morning & 2pm-Afternoon) • Meals & Refreshments • Teas with Snacks (10 A.M. & 4 P.M.) • Three Course Meal (Starter, Main Course & Dessert) + 1 drink (Lunch) Avail equipment i.e.  a Working/Audible Public Address & sound system together with two/three movable microphones  LCD/LED Projector or Projector  Adequate extension cables should be available for the entire conference room Tender nonrefundable fee of E300 per set. The method of payment shall be cash or bank guaranteed cheque, payable to the Municipal Council of Mbabane.
