- Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Security Services for Ezulwini Town Council Tender Upload Date: Thursday 15th June 2023 8:37 am Submission Deadline: Tuesday 4th July 2023 12:00 pm The Tender Document can be obtained at Ezulwini Town Council-s Civic Offices, located at 73 Mountain View Township, Mpumalanga Crescent Road at the Accounts office at a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Emalangeni (E500.00) per set, between 08:00 am and 16:30 pm (Monday to Friday). Interested companies must submit the following documents; a) Certified Copy/Valid official statement of the Directors, alternative directors, managers and auditors of the company (for Eswatini firms: Form ‘J-) b) Certified Copy/Valid official statement of the annual summary of shares capital and shares (for Eswatini firms: Form ‘C-) c) Certified Copy of a valid Labour Compliance Certificate d) Certified copy of employer-s liability insurance (workmen-s compensation) e) Certified copy of public liability Insurance policy f) Original receipt of E500.00 or proof of payment for the tender document. g) Audited Financial Statements for the last financial year h) Certified Copy of a valid, current, relevant Trading License i) Original and valid Tax Compliance Certificate j) Certified Copy of a valid Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) Compliance Certificate or an official ENPF letter not older than three (3) months. k) Identity Documents (ID-s) of all company directors (certified by Royal Eswatini Police) l) Police clearance of Non-Conviction for All Company Directors and, management not older than three (3) months from submission date. m) Latest Company Profile with contact details of at least three (3) reference customers n) A signed declaration of Eligibility o) A signed authority of signatory p) A compulsory site inspection/attendance certificate q) Tenderers must submit One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Technical Proposal, and One (1) original and three (3) copies of the Financial Proposal.
