Request for proposals are invited for Short-Term Consultancy to Develop the Five (5) Year Strategic Plan and a Financial Sustainability Plan Incomati & Maputo Watercourse Commission (INMACOM) requires a competent, registered and reputable consulting firm to tender for the development of the INMACOM five (5) year Strategic Plan and a Financial Sustainability plan.
