Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of White Dry Maize at Matsapha Correctional Farm“. Tender Reference No.41 of 2022/2023 His Majesty-s Correctional Services invites sealed Tenders for the supply and delivery of White Dry Maize at Matsapha Correctional Farm as shown in the specification. Tenders must be accompanied by a receipt for three hundred Emalangeni (E300) which should be paid at any Swaziland Revenue Office; account number is 492-1101-06701. Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope. Advert is also available at www.gov.sz under Tenders. The Outer envelope must be marked as follows: “The Secretary to the Eswatini Government Tender Board Treasury Building MBABANE” The Envelope must be clearly marked with the following words; “His Majesty-s Correctional Services, Tender No. 41 of 2022/2023 for INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WHITE DRY MAIZE AT MATSAPHA CORRECTIONAL FARM. “Do not open before Friday the 01st July, 2022, 9.00 am” Tenders must be delivered to the offices of Eswatini Tender Board, Treasury Building, Mbabane, Eswatini, by Friday the 01st July, 2022 at 9.00 am and deposited in the Treasury Tender Box. Tenders received in time by the date and time for submission will be opened at the Treasury Building immediately after 9.00 am on Friday the 01st July, 2022. Late, telegraphic, electronic and faxed tenders will not be considered. Tenderers or their Representative may attend the opening procedure. The documents specified in the Instructions to Tenderers including an original current Tax Compliance Certificate for Government Tenders, Trading Licence, Manufacturer-s Authorisation, General Receipt, VAT registration certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, Police Clearance certificate for all Directors, Form J, Form C, Labour Compliance Certificate for local Tenders, Eswatini National Provident Fund (SNPF), Employers Compliance Clearance Certification for local Tenderers and Tender Security of E10,000.00; either as an original Insurance Bond, Bank Guarantee or fill in the Tender Security Form (pg:23) must be enclosed in an envelope and be attached to the tender.
