Tenders are invited for Supply of Railroad Vehicles. Scope of Supply Supply 2 Units x Hy-Jack Hy-Rail® Kit Specification as per Transnet Freight Rail Specification BBC 1907 Version 1 for Perway Inspection Road/Rail Vehicle consisting of the following: Crew Cab complete with the following accessories ready for on-rail operation. i. Front rail kit complete with Hy-Jack Solid Axle Design® with 12“nominal diameter wheels (390mm O.D.), hydraulic cylinder, bull bar, automatic mechanical road storage lock, over centre onrail design with additional hydraulic pilot operated check valve locking, front tow hitch and mounting bracket with on-rail driving lights. Rear rail kit complete with Hy-Jack Solid Axle Design® with 12“nominal diameter wheels (390 mm O.D.), hydraulic cylinder, automatic mechanical road storage lock, over centre on-rail design with additional hydraulic pilot operated check valve locking. ii. Vehicle braking is done using the trucks rear brakes and braking performance exceeds 12,5G requirement as per the Transnet specification. iii. Vehicle propulsion is through the rear tyre running on the rail - rubber on track. iv. Hydraulic Power Pack 24VDC complete with reservoir, relief valve as well as manual override for emergency hand pump operation. v. Emergency Hand Pump vi. Tray type body painted 3CR12 vii. Fibreglass Level Canopy with Windows lockable full height double doors viii. Operating manuals and spare part lists. ix. Supply and fit additional spring pack x. LED Rear Taillights The RFP documents are obtainable at a fee of E1 500.00/-(Non-Rfundable) at Eswatini Railways Head Office, Accounts Section from 31st May 2021 between 09:00am and 15:30hours.
